we just beat the cowgirls at home… This is it if we are serious about 2011 in going ANYWHERE at all, where at one of our real home grounds, Roosters are CRAP we need revenge on them for last year, we are due to beat them, we are at full stregenth.

This is the game ladies and gentleman that we go on a run for the 8 and the season turns, if not now its never!

Tigers by 30!

nah you gotta back up from a good performance the week before, thats why this is the one! It means nothing last week if we get beat by a crap team again.
 
Golden I know that every game is important , I expect us to win this one . The two games which will be the make or break this year are the Penrith game and the Cronulla game . Two games which will be four point games in reality .
 
To do much this year we need to win all the games that we SHOULD win. That includes this one!
 
We should have beaten Souths, but we didn't. We should have beaten the Bulldogs, but we didn't. We should have beaten Parramatta, but alas, we didn't. We played Melbourne at a bulging Leichhardt with an absolute mountain of possession inside their 20 meters and couldn't produce anything. Then, finally things seemed to click a little better and we beat the Cowboys with what I thought was a pretty impressive performance right across the field. What will the Tigers produce this week ? I couldn't agree more, that every game is important from here on for 2011, but without a back up win this week against the Roosters, last week means very little indeed. We really need to string 3-4 wins out of the next 5 to at least start feeling more confident.
 
Lets just keep winning & winning & we will go well, I hate this mob & i hope we give them a panelbeating or we are in trouble.
 
i hear ya golden …..if its gunna happen then its gotta happen v the roosters...if not pack up and start worrying about next season .......we cant flog a top 4 side on their ground , then get beat to one of the crapiest in the comp at home .....
 
Beating them wont mean a hell of a lot but If we were to lose then it doesnt look good for us.
We need to prove ourselves against the top teams. Manly and Dragons over the next 2 weeks is the real test.

I guess then going by that rule, if we win tonite but lose next week the last 2 weeks have been all for nothing then>?
 
As far as I'm concerned, we need to win this game just to break even. I'll be content with that. If we lose we will need to fluke a win in one of the harder runs home. As long as we break even overall I'll be content, as I expect a 50/50 outcome to amount to a finals berth.
