I cant wait until this week. Unlike last week when I was worried about the performance we would put up against the bunnies, I am extremely confident of a win this Saturday. Reasons:

1\. home ground
2\. coming off an embarrassing loss
3\. motivation will be high (I expect a great defensive effort - 2 tries max to the panthers)
4\. penrith with key players in SOO and injured

Tigers 13+.

Panthers pulled Brisbanes pants down… I'd say a few were thinking a week ahead.

We have everything to play for this weekend, and if the injury gods are nice to us, we should win by a handy margin.

C'mon Lote, whack a cast on that wrist you pussy and get out there...
 
not sure how valid number 4 is Tommy considering the Bunnies had half a team out

if i were Matthew Elliot i wouldn't have any1 respect watsover for my players after last friday nite…they clearly lifted coz of Gus telling them they're playing for contracts but they couldn't lift for they're coach b4 he got sacked?...if i were Gus id sack em all coz they clearly lack commitment for they're coach n clearly only look out for themselves...that was a low act on friday night
 
Lote isnt the missing link from Last Week.

Its **desire** and unless things are going easy He dosent seem to be anywhere around concord.

I actually agree with you there somewhat. Considering Elliott went into bat for those blokes to no end and stuck his neck out to the point where it caught in an axe blade. His sacking was every bit political as it was performance based.

Lote isn't the missing link you are quite correct, however the panthers have been just as inconsistent as we have, and they will be missing players.

Our boys will starch up in defense - what i've seen of our guys is in the last 18 months they haven't played two bad games in a row.

without leadership up front (Petro) and leadership from the back in Jennings and Gordon, all they will do is throw bombs up all night, and if we get ayshford/mckinnon/brown in place and Utai stays out of the way we'll be fine.

Tigers to score late points and win 38-12.

x3 yes I thought the same thing, hoping he made origin. And another 'yes' Tank is missed never got to see him on one wing and Lote on the other :frowning: .
 
lewis is a champion, his worst day is much better than Yong or Bird's best day, his omission, another of the shockers….

Coote is anything but overrated, played below hios best when injured early this year, he is an awesome player, his support through the middle especially on kinck chase is outstanding.

I think we will win howevr for the reasons stated, we will be stung into motivation and I expect big games from Benji and Robbie. Ill be taking us 13+ on the margins
