Thomas Mikaele/ Dylan Smith

Can I please have a link to last weeks highlights? Was impressed with tom in the pre season match

Mikaele looks to be a gun second rower…similar to what Kickau is for penriff...Would like to see him in our top 30 next year for sure

Can Smith play any other position in the backs or just a fullback?

Australian Schoolboy fullback. Not sure you'd play him anywhere else, maybe wing at a pinch.

He's a prop dude.

All top prospects and with a full off season could be anything.

I hope they aren't anything, I hope they are good! MWZ and Jordan Rankin fall under the category of "anything".

That’s really harsh MWZ is no world beater but doesn’t deserve the Rankin Comparison. He hasn’t really let us down just doesn’t tally add much.

Well actually I wasn't specifically comparing MWZ to Rankin, though it may be implied, I was just mentioning some players on the spectrum of "anything" who aren't world-beaters.

Both named to start in ISP this week - Mikaele at 13.

Can't see Dylan Smith getting into our first grade side side next year unless injury replacement or playing wing/center.

He's played centre before and that pass to Lolohea in the highlights is reminiscent of former centre great from Gerringong.

The said he was playing second row in the isp coverage last week

The highlights looked like he was playing through the middle. In any event, both players made the bench in the ISP team of the week.

Could of been an error by the commentator wasn't watching intently.

But mik tries were crackers

Another great game by Dylan Smith and Thomas Mikaele for the Magpies.

Mikaele: 10 runs for 110 meters, 2 offloads and 21 tackles.

Dylan Smith: 14 runs for 121 0 offloads and 2 tackle breaks.
