Was there any evidence Penrith was ever a possibility? Sounds like the whole thing was made up, and then in the same day he's suddenly re-signed lol. Someone got their wires crossed..

How long is the contract for Aloiai?

Sounds like Madge is aiming to have a lot of the salary cap at his disposal to spend for 2022 onward.

Despite media reports only 3 players have been told by Madge 100% that they can leave, ET, Packer & McQueen.
Matulino never discussed. Reynolds if the right offer came along but he himself has not been told to look elsewhere.

I am still so disappointed how things have worked out with Packer. I was happy when he signed, his first 6 or so games he looked like that intimidating forward leader we have so desperately needed, only to regress so far that he has now been told to look elsewhere.

He has 2 other offers not sure who with. Our deal is at least 2 years.

Yeah on a hiding to nothing.

As said earlier, he's a very good back up to have, at the moment he is a walk up start but hopefully by the time his contract is up he is drifting in and out of first grade based on injury and we have some very capable guys in front of him in the first 13.
