Tigers halfback seeks NRL redemption

If Tedesco goes down this season, (god forbid) I would have Moses at fullback and Drinkwater to the halves. If we are doing well then have Tedesco back at centre.

Why would you want to move the best 5/8 the club has had for years?

You have 2 or 3 others to cover Full Back that are better FB's than Moses.

Strange thoughts indeed.

Sorry Milky , can agree with your first scenario( if Tedesco is injured).
But if he is fit , we have arguably , the best attacking f/b in the Comp , and also the best defending F/ b as well( going on some of the tries he stopped before he was injured.)(and I include Moylan in that)

Why weaken our strongest position , to fit in someone who still is untried. From all reports Drinkwater went well in Darwin, , but we would do well to keep in mind that it was still only a trial game.
Let's see how everyone goes before we start moving our biggest weapon elsewhere. Tedesco is deadly when he can get the ball when he wants it . At f/b he can see more of what's happening, and can come into the backline when and wherever he wants to.
Can't wait!

Quadja!

Its awesome!

aboriginal for thirsty fella?

When I heard the announcers say it my first thought was that, thirsty bloke, but I don't really know. I'll ask a few mates next week to see if I can find out if it's lingo and if so what language. I'll let you know the result. Whatever it is you can bet that Josh Drinkwater is now known as Quadja in remote communities in the NT.

If Teddy is fit he should only play fb. He is too much of a weapon in that position to move. And as fb he makes a lot of our other guys play better too, i.e. how good was Brooksy going with Teddy running off him early in 2014.

If Teddy is unavailable then I'd rather see Nofo or Simona given a chance at the back. Give Moses & Brooks a good go at building their combo in 1st grade.

no…thats insane.

Teddy, moses, brooks farah are our spine at full strength this year. Drinkwater is backup, at best he could maybe squeeze his way on the bench or at centre if we're going well.
