I guess there'd be reasons for the rejection, height, aesthetics, traffic/parking etc…I assume if they address these issues, re-draw plans and re-submit they may be more succesful. Costly exercises though I imagine
Realistically unless the new desigin calls for a building made of hemp leaf and tofu squares, LMC will vote against anything of a decent scale. Seems like Land and Environment will be the key and a new government might mean new legislation.
Exactly Yoss. These greenies are wanting a 'quality' development, but waste time stuffing developers around. The more inefficient council is, the more corners the developers have to take to make a profit.
Leichardt council are the Daine Laurie of govt. They throw tantrums, come up with excuses, blame others, but are really the ones who keep dropping the ball.
