Tigers Lui eyes Cowboys return

This subject was brought up during the call of the game Stephen Humphreys was asked and he denied it
**Suppose it depends on whether you believe Humphreys or not**

yep, about as much as the former iraqi information minister!

It will be a tragedy if we lose him. No other player in our organisation can match him.

But if you believe what the 'Fib' said in the paper today, Lui wont be released, but that is coming from a bloke who isn't exactly known for his honesty.

Also, why would the Cowboys be spending money on a half back? I'm not sure if anyone's noticed but they already have quit a good one.

Lui plays more a traditional no6 role, so i would imagine he would play a similar role at the cowboys as he dose with us, bit of both

I will crak it if he leaves at the end of this year.

Miller really loolks the goods though I worry when we only have one real option in any position.

2013 maybe…

Miller is a much better option IMO.

Great goal kicker who can take that pressure off Benji and consolidate more tries for us.

Isn't Benji percentages this season better than Millers I thought

Percentages, Schermentages.

Miller would not miss a goal 15m out, 5m to the right of the upright like Benji did against Manly.

Well I'd prefer Benji kicking at goal for a win over Miller at this stage and percentages are important
They help our for and against
If we kicked less goals this season our forand against would be worse and could cost us a position in the top 4-5
A bit of common sense please Duffy P

Okay, here's some common sense for you, Marshall has missed at least 4 sitters this year. Absolute sitters. That would put us in 5th spot atm. Now, not having seen many games of NYC, who is to say that all of Millers shots at goal have been from the sideline, thus making his percentage lower than Marshalls? Stats lie. Percentages lie. Benji's kicking has at this stage forced us to fly to Suncorp week one of the finals.

There is no way that Marshall will be relieved of his goalkicking duties. Just will not happen, so there is no point discussing it IMO.

I'm talking next year here. And why not? If we have a better option in the team why wouldn't we use him?

IMO it would be a disaster to lose Lui. Young, talented halfbacks do not grow on trees and we have put alot of work into him.

Where do you rate Miller HT?

I have not seen too much of him but he definitely looks talented. As far as I know he is still eligible for the 20s so I think I would leave him there for next season unless injuries strike.

Will not happen mate. Marshall will be goalkicking for us until he retires.
