priority No.1 wests-tigers to make finals this year.
anyone selected for rep teams is a bonus.
what happens if wests-tigers lose the games they can't play in, its not going to help run for the finals.I know that sound selfish, but I would like wests-tigers to have best possible advantage of making the finals..
or say Robbie gets picked for origin, and sustains a shoulder injury which puts him out for the season.
or Lote snaps an achilles tendon etc.
@Paris Cobbs said:Reread the article, some of you. Royce doesn't say anything about holding the ball, he blames the two losses on overconfidence and moving the ball too early.
What's he on about? Half our tries this year have come from 'moving the ball early' - brilliant attacking movements from our own 20\. I'd like the team to be confident. How does overconfidence account for a 43% share of the ball? The last two games have more likely ruined our confidence - especially because we defended so well, and still conceded four tries both games, more than half of them to flukey kicks.
I hope this is a typical Sheens 'tell 'em the opposite of the truth' tactic - maybe the Roosters will think that we aren't going to move the ball early, when we are. Maybe we are going to play percentage barge and kick for once - I hope not. Otherwise, Royce should shut up and not make headlines out of bagging his own players and quoting Jack Gibson.
