Tigers performance

I am 74 years of age and lived next door to Dawn Frazer when i was 10 years old. Thats the support i have given the Tigers. I am so so disappointed in the attitude and performance, half of them should not be paid, thats what would have happened over the years in my experience i the work force.
Honestly i am sick of waiting, not to win a premiership but for 17 blokes to give it all. I know we have lost more premium stock than most clubs but the fire continues. Benji was the last straw.
We need someone to look up to someone that has a drivers license not 'L' plates someone to drive us around the park, but no they let a valuable piece of our core slip on by AGAIN.
By the time they find that player and keep that him i will be in Rookwood. Wake up Tigers for at least for your current and past supporters

Benji would provide nothing positive to this side.We have to build not try to prop up the pyramids that fell apart years ago

I always wanted us to be more like the Storm or Roosters. Now I just don't want us to be like the broncos

Broncos will be better eventually. Give it a year or two.

There is no hope for us. Teams talk about a premiership window- we don't even have a Top 8 window.

The first 5 minutes of yesterday's game told all you need to know about how the team is playing.
Two line breaks by Laurie with absolutely nobody supporting. Good teams only need a sniff.
That was followed by lazy Leilua brothers defence at the other end and the game was over.
Good teams support. Good teams work hard in defence.
It's simple stuff but our coach can't get the team to do it.

Can we start a market on what the first fluff piece will be this week? Brooks had a lot of press last week so i'm going to go with Tamou.

I hope they keep Laurie out of the press. The media will be all over him.

There was an article in the DT (might've been yesterday) about him, titled "Tigers have found their next Teddy" or something similar. His family were proudly sharing it all over Facebook and by their comments he was aware of it. So based on his performance yesterday, it never fazed him one bit and he's showing great signs of taking things in his stride.
But in saying that, don't want to see them overblow it.

The team would be due for another “honesty session” soon.

How about the old camp in Kiama...wasn’t that what Sheens did when things went pear shape

Is that the house opposite the old Howard Smith factory (now apartments) which was next to Birchgrove Public school?
Dawn lived there when I was a kid.

To me, it's moreso Laurie having to answer question about the team's performance rather than the senior members which I would be worried about.

He seems pretty grounded, I don't think media attention will faze him too much.

Hopefully it doesn't put undue pressure on him.

Hate those star comparisons when a young player debuts. 8 years ago Brooks was the next Joey Johns.

A good old update of the COE and pics of dirt will do the trick.
