Club has had all year to sign a replacement fullback and hasn't. For some reason they decided Mason was one - then changed their mind.

Our depth is abysmal. Has to be the major focus for next season from here on out. We need more NRL ready guys

We develop juniors every year waiting for them to become NRL standard, and for what? They all end up leaving for other clubs and we start over

Time to hit the market.

if it’s Turuva, Staines can replace him on the wing

Given we are still a sniff of finals, Benji will go experience with Turuva fb & Staines rw me thinks.

But I’d love to see Luke L be given an opportunity. Bula may not get his spot back.

Whoever they pick at FB needs to be exceptional under the high ball. DCE can pick FB's apart with his kicking game. Thats why I would be looking at Staines, have not seen enough of Luke or Turuva at FB. I'm guessing there will be an aerial bombardment this Friday night both our wingers and FB need to be on their game.

Personally I hope it's Luke Laulilii. He has carved up at fullback the past couple of times he has played there this month. He's a confident kid at 19yo and is a player that can back up through the middle very well. If he performs like I know he can, it will be no direct road back to fullback for Bula.

Yep, replace like for like.
I personally havent seen him play fullback for a couple of years, but he went well then although Im pretty sure that was HM.
Just need to be aware that they will put up a tonne of bombs on Turbos side of the field.

We need to start winning games and Staines or Turuva are safe bets. If he throws Laulilli or Mason in there and they struggle it's bad for them, the team and Benji.

I would go with Staines given we won't have to move anyone else.
