With the exception of koro and maybe Lawrence, I'd like to replace the rest of the back line.

Utai is too weak in defense and a liability under the high ball.

Moltzen is a coward.

Ayshford is hopeless.

Marshall is a liability.

Ryan adds nothing. He's not fast enough and lacks creativity. We need a fast back line.

I think there are quite a few lessons we shall learn:

1\. Attitude, attitude, attitude …..
- Defence, defence, defence .....
- Kick chase, kick chase, kick chase .....
2\. Accept 30 min at the start, we played whole season without FB, our 'FB' made great effort to hide himself too many times. He shall be forbidden to play FB.
3\. Lawrence shall play center, he shall never again play 5/8.
4\. Injured 5/8 shall be replaced by 5/8 not a center or forward, FB by FB, hooker by hooker, etc.
5\. Bench players are there to be used, not to catch a cold or play 5 minutes.

Positives: Woods, Utai, Bell, Fulton, Ryan, Galloway, Marika

Deserved more game time: BMM, Moors

Neutral: Marshall, Farah, CW, Humble

MIA's: Moltzen, Lawrence, Ayshford, Blair, Groat

Injured: Tedesco, Sironen, Tuqiri, Ellis

Disappointing season by too many players, with only 5 consistently good players we could not achieve more.
I understand being out of form, but I do not accept our attitude in too many games this year.

Anyhow, there is always 'next year' :slight_smile:

I thought Farah had a good season despite injury/suspension. And Marshall I'd definitely have listed as MIA.

Pretty much spot on with the rest.
