ahhh, sometimes its so great to be a tigers supporter....

I loved coming to work this morning and giving it in spades to the Beagles fans. Funny, they kept their heads very low this morning. Guess they knew what was coming

ha ha… well, it was certainly better being on the tigers side last night! i wouldve been gutted if we'd lost after leading 20-4 and pretty much dominating.
but thats sport and WE WON! he he...

I actually live just down the road from Brookvale Oval and went to a local RSL to watch the game, after the first Tigers try I started getting a bit loud and then for the following hour and a bit I absolutely copped it from the Manly supporters.

You can imagine just how much I gave it back once we hit the lead with three minutes to go, I deadset thought I was going to get bashed with the amount of crap that I was slinging them, it was so awesome to see their faces…YEEEWWWW TIGERS!!!

Yes it is SWEET!

I recorded the game and just watched the game for the first time and there are major concerns for the coach if the Tigers are to pluck the Chooks.

Maybe I am underplaying the Sea Eagles performance of which I believe was of a high standard (except for the cheap shots). Manly are a big side all over the park and at times punished the smaller Tigers side.

For me I was far from impressed with the lack of impact from the bench of Cayless, Moors, Flanagan and Fitzhenry! I will give them all the benefit of the doubt but not for long.

We were never in that game.
I still don't know how we won, Manly dominated us big time but i guess they just didn't turn it into points in the second half.
Why can't we have forwards that run the ball with pepper like Rose or Kite were, just one who runs with a bit of impact that looks like they want to run over the top of you.
I think i could knock over Cayless and i weigh 78kg.
We can't get dominated in the forwards like that and expect to win that way every week. I think we were extremely lucky to get away with that game.

First 20 minutes the Manly forwards were dominated.

They actually ran their best props off the bench and Cayless and Moors didn't have a great first outing against them. Another week provides another chance though. No point writing off our forwards after one game.

I probably would have been bashed.

I can't believe I survived the semi-final against St. George Illawarra in 2005 after how much I was giving it to the Dragon Army. I did have a drink thrown at me but it was worth it. :sunglasses:

We need another front rower on the bench instead of Fitzy. Moors can play second row when he comes on. Add Fifita to the interchange.
