Tim Moltzen Jersey

I personally believe that Moltzen deserves a fair go. Others believe he has already had it, and I respect that . I just disagree that's all. As for this years form, he is not Robinson Crusoe.

When we click, I just hope we click well and keep clicking.

Is Moltzen the answer to our halfback woes? I'm yet to decide. I do however think he is the best option at the moment, and deserves a few games behind a pack in form before I decide.

When your forwards aren't going forward, you're halves can't dominate. It's the same with every side. I'm not sure if anyone can name one single forward, besides Farah, that has played any good in the first three games?

Anyone…..

Anyone....

I thought not.

Molten is the whipping boy. Simple as that.

When Blair, Heighno, woods and Groat step up to help Robbie and maybe Liam, then let's see Moltzen fire.

Injuries to Galloway, Ellis don't help. Others on here rate BMM, but I am yet to see him put more than half a decent game together.

Facts are that our forwards are struggling with injury, inexperience and poor form and it's all Moltzens fault. Bloody Moltzen!!!!!

I agree 100%. Injuries or not the forward pack as a whole needs to man up and do their job! And not just for 1 week because they got embarrassed but for the rest of the year!
I know its easy to say from the stands that they just need to do it but there is no point blaming moltzen when he isnt getting the platform from the forwards.

Poor Timmy, It's nearly Easter so perhaps the crucifixion will cease; and on the fourth day - well you know. The poor buggers on a hiding to nothing. It sounds to me that unless he performs like a superstar every week - We (the fans?) are gunna give him a clip behind the ear and if he does turn in a blinder the Dragons faithful and the media are going to bleat about contract negotiations and the like. I wish him all the best, cause I reckon he's a good, talented kid who was poorly advised and is still feeling a bit of the heat.

Look seriously does Moltzen get paid by the thread or by the comment

You have to blame both the platform we are setting for the backs and Moltzen Even if we don't set a good platform it is Moltzen's job to try and create something

But in saying that you can't expect what Moltzen will create to be of a high quality with the lack of field position and go forward

At least with Lui ,Marshall and Farah you knew they would go down fighting whether they had field position or not

Moltzen has never created anything in first grade, ever.

That is the issue here. His highlight reel at #7 consists entirely of running off Benji.

Even if our forwards do go forward and lay a platform, Moltzen will not create anything.

That states it perfectly Moltz is a decent support player and hole runner but he is NOT a halfback and never will be.I believe Moltz is a "more win" player who is only going to shine when you are well on top and blow the score out, when we are in a tight game he will do nothing.

Half you blokes wouldn't know which way you're arse was pointing!
He has always been a half - but unfortunately he's playing behind a beaten pack (yes for three weeks)
He's also , obviously , told by Sheens who runs the show on the field.
Can anyone name more than a few players who actually played any good against the Dragons?
Still , he cops it as usual while the REAL reasons we are losing somehow get protected.

He has always been a half

Someone needs to watch the Moltzen highlights video that bon made.

It consists entirely of support play, and a few instances of running to the line (not many).

Almost NOTHING in that entire video that suggests he is a halfback.

Agree with Heiny critics it so frustrating the tippy toe run shit he does. I'm a front rower and believe me tippy toe shit gets u nowhere smash it up hard brother

Touché, pre season looked somewhat promising with moltzen running the ball on occasions.
Who will be our halfback next year is what makes me curious ? Depending on how moltzen goes, and tuqiri, moltzen, Ellis off contract, we have $$$

If only Shaun Johnson from the warriors were available. We would be ridiculously unstoppable, **imagine two Benji's on the same team?** Without Ellis, tuquiri and Moltz pay cheques we would have the $$$$ too. The coin Blair is on we should make him try out at half

Seriously - do you think Marshall would allow that?
And God help us if they both played their "off" game at the same time.
