All I am saying is he is not a senior at the club, he is still very young,

I really can't see a place for moltzen here should have been allowed to go to the dragons instead of the knee jerk reaction in light of Lui being cut

It has been obvious to me for some time that certain players were being shopped around. Mainly to get the club in the position to have the best shot at retaining Brooks and Mosses, they also have to have positions available in the top grade to entice the youngsters like Simona to resign.

Potter is no fool, he knows he needs to put a broom through the place, as for Moltzen he was one of our better footballers before doing his knee this year and IMO showed more at no1 than Teddy has this year, but Teddy is our future and Moltzen is only ever a game or two away from a shocker.Tim should head over to ESL for a couple of years, maybe link up with Gentles.

I think their are a couple of other players than are surplus to requirement that could be shopped around also, we could end up paying for more contracts outside the club than inside!!!! but if it creates cap space to get a very competitive top 25 players, than Iam all for it

I'm willing to bet it's the fellow in your avatar.

Players come & go, but it does worry me how many players contracts we will be helping to pay @ other clubs. I dont think we can keep doing this for much longer.

Moltzen showed more than Teddy? I agree Moltz was looking sound, but Teddy has put up more metres in one game than Moltz in all his showings this year as a FB. They are on par for safety at the back at very least. Im not knocking Moltzen here, maybe I am but Im not having a dig at him…

I'm not surprised to read this. He took a long while to gain confidence after his first ACL injury. With the other options in his position, it was going to be tough to find room for him.

Maybe sharks will take ayshford and moltzen as a package like heigno and beau and they will use moltzen as a utility

That would do me, if they took Aysh and Moltz, how funny.

In fairness to Moltzen he is a talented player, if he had a little more grit he could really make something of himself. But he is fast, can pass, tackles well… just lacks that body-on-line attitude.

He's a handy utility or backup backline. But he has Halatau's old problem, doesn't quite excel in any one position.

Goes to show what a circus our ex recruitment and retention team was , How Moltzen was signed again was ludicrous to say the least . Now we are paying the price …
Players like Tuquiri , Moltzen , Bell , Utai etc. should have never been signed past last year.

I really don't know what Moltzen and his manger was thinking breaking the deal with St. George. good luck finding another club.

Stephen Humphreys and Tim Sheens are no longer at the club. I know the the other member of the circus Warren McDonnell has been demoted but he needs to be moved on as well.

You have surprised me Mr Potter.
Maybe it's not more of the same and Potter and Mayer are a lot smarter than I thought.

NRL is just way to hard a grind for Tim . English Super League will be a much better fit & he will probably shine there .
Simona should be kept at all cost and can cover fullback , maybe even better than Teddy if given a good go at it

It,s amusing that I have had the same thought as a few re Simona at fullback … I get the impression that Tedesco cold have a problem holding his spot next year but I,m willing to give him more time he is young and had a few injuries ..but watch out !

Those days are over thanks to Potter really like what his doing if Benji doesn't like it he can pack his bags as well. This is the clean out we have all been asking for :righton:

While the signs are good lets not get too carried away as yet. Moltz and Aysh are still under contract for next year.

The clean out depends on other clubs being found for these guys, otherwise they will still be here next year.
