TIM SHEENS NAMES TEAM TO PLAY SHARKS

Wests Tigers Head Coach Tim Sheens has named talented youngster James Tedesco at full-back for the round 1 blockbuster against Cronulla Sharks at Leichhardt Oval on Sunday, March 4.

Fresh from signing a new three-year deal with Wests Tigers, 19-year-old Tedesco will make his NRL debut after two impressive pre-season trial performances.

The former St Gregorys College Campbelltown student has had a rapid rise to the NRL ranks after only making his NYC debut in round 13 last season.

Centre Chris Lawrence will play his 100th first grade game for Wests Tigers.

Sheens has named a five man interchange bench.
