For sure, Rankin's not even in the same class. Holland has natural kicking ability. With more FG experience under his belt he'd only become better too.

A lot of these players are unproven. If we sign any of them I think we're going to find ourselves in a very similar situation to our current one in a year or two.

Frawley's played one game. Townsend didn't look amazing when he was playing with the Warriors. Milne has barely played first grade and doesn't look anything special. Glenn is re-signing with the Broncs. Gagai I'd imagine is too expensive for his talent and position.

I think out of this list the only players I'd want are Matulino or Vete and just to bolster our pack, they wouldn't be marquee signings.

There's a few names that stick out. Croker would be excellent value as a pure footballer with experience, ability, consistency and performance. NAS would be a great asset for his size,and ability. Mosby would be hard with cowboys losing Ponga. Bolton would be a good hard no nonsense prop and undervalued. Plenty to choose from.

I can see what your saying but i look at our club and we literally dont even have fringe first graders. My view is all those blokes have something to prove and imo are talented. I also think alot of them could be purchased on the cheap.
