_We have plenty of options which would be cheaper than Tedesco, it isn't the end of the world. Lets not forget Brooks is a vital reason Tedesco has shown such great form and another reason is Mick Potter, Potter has done wonders with Tedesco and Ricky won't be able to do that. Have a feeling Tedesco won't reach his potential there, in this case our loss is not Raiders gain. Milford hasn't been able to get Raiders to fire and he is arguably better than Ted. I hope James realises he has big boots to fill.\

This isn't the case unfortunately, we have a great forward pack which our backs can work off. We now need to look at the fullback position, no point complaining about Teddy because he is gone & I would not take him back.\

The most popular selection would most likely be Mitch Moses, this will allow Austin to remain at 5/8, though some people will obviously argue Moses is more suited to the 5/8 position. I see Austin as an impact player coming off the bench to help Farah…Farah is 30 years old, his body just won't be up to 80 minutes every week, hooker is arguably the toughest position with all the defence included and the attack isn't easy either. I think training Austin to come off the bench for Farah wouldn't be a bad idea.\

We simply can not put Simona at fullback because the lack of quality centres in our side, a centre pairing of Lulia & Lawrence would be dreadful. Unless we can sign a quality centre Simona is to remain there, we just need a 5/8 to give the Nofo/Simona pair some quality ball. I also believe Lawrence has restricted Richards from playing his best with the lack of quality balls, Tedesco used to give Richards some good balls and put him in for a couple but we no longer have him.\

We have several options from outside the club which includes Josh Mansour, Ben Hampton and Nathan Gardner. Valentine Holmes and Clint Gutherson are not off contract. I would offer Josh Mansour the Tedesco money and play him on the wing with Simona shifting to fullback and Nofoluma to centre.\

Tim Simona is a weapon in attack, if we have him returning our balls with his brilliant step I think we would have something special. Tim Simona has potential to be better than Tedesco, I would be interested in trying him there, limited ball at centre doesn't show us enough of him IMO.\

Chris Lawrence has very limited time in our squad, wouldn't be surprised if Mayer tried to offload him, reported 600k a year, what was Sheens thinking? Where are Sharks when you need them,\

Richards is coming to an end with his career, next year might be his last year, the last thing you want is for a superstar to play beyond his years and I hope Richards hangs his boots at the end of next year regardless of his form. Would hate to see him struggle.\

Grant Mayer & Mick Potter have a tough...but exciting challenge ahead. I am honestly more excited than angry.
