I always think the coach should be on 1dollar more than the highest paid player and using that logic the money Penrith have offered would be pretty close to Farah and marshall

It appears that the Tigers have offered market value. Newcastle have offered an over the market amount to get Bennett.

Unless Harry wants to kick the can for more money I think the Tigers should stick to thier guns.
