United mate. I support this side. However, saying its clear that Magpies are now dominating the JV and management is following their bosses is hardly controversial.

No way that jersey would have been approved 12 months ago.

Do you think this is part of a long plan where every year the grey will get a shade darker, and, in 10-15 years being completely black and white?

I like the black main jersey this year. Why is the 2015 Heritage Jersey (orange) not the alternate jersey. If Black is the main jersey, orange should be the alternative and vicar versa.

The white jersey is horrible. Our colours are black * and orange.

I couldnt get to the game…was getting updates...then we walked into a pub down the quay with 5 to go in the game....I didnt know we were playing in that...that....thing

I was buoyed by the text updates I was getting from someone at the game....but to see them in that ...that shirt...it sure as hell didnt look like my team thats all I know

Off course black/white and orange/black.

Still doesn't change the fact that the mainly white jersey we wore today is crap and a mainly orange jersey would look better.

Like it myself. Even bought one with the free polo deal the other week.

Interestingly both my boys and my misses reckon it looks great.

So maybe they are trying to appeal to a wider audience.

It's different and that's why I like it.

Not sure about wearing it with white shorts on the field though. Too much white.

Hated it to begin with, now I like it too.

My non league fans all said they like it too. I believe it's not about the wests/tigers identity but a new identity for Wests Tigers. I'm happy the club is making an initiative in many aspects on and off the field. Streaming, new coach, new juniors, new Roar store, more out reach to the fans with what Willow said about Mayer and this forum, new board, appointing a woman (showing how socially progressive this club can be).

The tigers, whether you like it or not are embarking on a new era, where we are finding a new identity away from the past Balmain VS Wests theme and to me personally the white jersey is only a small reflection of the changes that are happening.

Give the juniors, board, coaches, staff, merchandise designs time. I believe we are heading in the right direction.

I used to follow Balmain , but ever since the JV came I've disliked the Orange that Wests Tigers used in recent years , and we always seem to lose playing in Orange .
Call it bad luck or just a superstition ?!?

I love the black jersey !
The grey one is absolutely positively disgusting !!!

There is an Orange and White Chevron in the Black jersey if I'm not mistaken an alternate to this should be our Alternate Jersey rather than the putrid abomination we have now…purely a marketing exercise ...it's not rocket science to suggest it is pandering to the Magpie side of the JV is ludicrous

i don't buy into the wests/balmain colour warfare but c'mon, grey is the dourest of all colours it should not have a place on any NRL jersey let alone ours.

It's marketed to the younger generation , my young bloke has one and he loves it .
