Tom Humble

did the job required and deserves another shot next week as the starter.

but i will wait for the first month to be completed before i judge his worth as our starting fullback.

I was worried when teddy went off but Humble did quite well.

I'd still feel safer with mr reliable back there but Humble did well and deserves his spot for next week on that showing.

Did a fantastic job to come in and play so well at fullback when he was probably planning the whole week to come on in the last 20mins and be a floater.

As gutted as I was to see Tedesco go off the way he did, Humble definitely stood up and plays a very similar game.

Deserves the #1 jersey next week

The other thing Humble seemed to do well was talk. After one sharks try in particular the ponly person who appeared to be talking and trying to rev everyone up behind the posts was Tom.

Just. What sheens loves a ball playing no1\. Humble was great, I thought he could turn out a great buy. Our attacking structures were very poor today but they will get better. Molten probably not a no7 but Iam willing to give him a few weeks, you don't win the comp in march

Can't anyone else see that the natural selection of Humble at half and Moltzen back at fullback, where is he more suited, would be better all round for the team?

Humble played really good today! None of us were expecting him to have to come on and IMO he did an excellent job of it. He deserves to be the first one picked at fullback for the clash against Manly

I need some more time before i jump on board with your thoughts but yes, i can see you being right.

If Humble is fullback next week yet demands the ball more than Moltz than something will need to be done.

The only issue i had with Humble was that he didnt contest bombs….that could be a real issue.

He was very good today when he came on. He knows this is his last chance, i expect he will take it with both hands. He has always had the ability, hopefully now he has the maturity.

First time I've seen this kid and I'm impressed… He got straight in and had a real go, had some flair and seems to have a bit of speed.

Well done!

Exactly why he would be better at half with Moltz at the back.

Ok well i am willing to eat some humble pie here and say that tom did well in his debut - however in the long run i still think he is a very solid 1st grader ( a la Brown) unlike tedesco who i still think is a future superstar
But for now he holds the one but my view is moltz should be the fb

I think you're right. Moltzen will have more impact at fullback and Humble showed enough to suggest he'd be a better half than Moltz.

I'd also be happy if Miller was brought in to halfback and Moltzen to fullback and Humble is left as super sub.
