I've yet to see him play well against a good team. When he makes those errors against any team thats not a depleted Knights/Dragons, we will pay (Warriors last week).

I've yet to see him play well.... at all.

Yeah theres not much to get excited about. I can't imagine him putting fear into any opposition defence.

Looks good

He looked good in attack yesterday, we definitely need to give him early ball with space. Most of the time he gets the ball it’s for dirty runs or just as he is hitting the defence.

Only 2 times he got the ball in space and he set up the Laurie try and scored the other one.

Him and jet need early ball with space!

I see something in him and am prepared to back him. Featured in two of our tries and showed some real skill. Got to get rid of the errors.

Agree, his errors will be the end of him.

Much better at centre.

Dare I say it, I think he's building into a ballplaying backrower. I think within a few years he'll be too big to continue as a centre.

I don't care how good he looks, he makes far too many clangers, usually at our end and to our detriment, drop him, I have said this for 18 months

The more I see of Talau, the more convinced I am that he's an athlete and not a footballer.

His dad was a footballer , a tough, classy, uncompromising centre that certainly made the opposition centre know he had a game on his hands. Although I’ve been throwing things at the Television aimed at Tommy a few times in his last month he has also done some very “footballer “ deeds like surge into a gap on the burst to put Brooks away last week and Laurie away this week, h also seems to be a dogged defender mostly, but he loses interest very quickly if he has to chase an attacking player that has broke the defensive line... he really needs to scramble defence a little more intensely but he’s not alone in this team, he and AD and JL and Tamou are all really lazy chasers

Our fans want big backs and then suggest to move them to the back row lol how does moving a guy who averages a try almost every 2nd game make any sense? He’s not a backrower and he won’t be for the long future.

Leave him at centre and let him gain experience in his preferred position and hopefully the same side and winger next to him. That’s how you build a strong edge.

He’s been highly rated by madge, bellemy, Fittler and both Robbie and benji. Surely we just support him and see what he turns into in the next 1-2 years!
