I think he means that Mateo as playmaker was really bad. Tonga got the ball down the field ok and then

gave it to Mateo, who managed to butcher every opportunity with poor decisions and woeful kicks.

Mateo stunk….butchered everything...highlight of his game was when he dropped it gave a gobfull to the ref ...penalised and Samoa score of the next set,,,,,game over...

Tonga was the superior team while Fifita was out there - and lost a hell of alot when he was off!

His workrate and vigour in defence was extremely impressive - his movement around the field was excellent - he looked very fit for this time of year - and he combined skill & power in attack!

Very pleased for him given he was playing against seasoned players the likes of Tony Puletua - David Solomona & Ali Lauititi!
