Apart from the fact it's in the middle of nowhere and went broke when the APIA people ran it, it sounds great!

A great opportunity missed. A licenced club adjacent to the ground, the potential to have a ferry service, the chance to build a genuine activity precinct with the pool, a gym and redevelopment of Leichhardt number 2, as well as the proximity of the rowing club, bay walk and grounds of Callan Park. This situation was heaven sent and from memory the cost of the APIA Club purchase was limited to the extent of their debts, of some $5mill.
 
Has anyone been past Balmain Leagues lately?

If so is there any sign of demolition?

I know they sold off a lot of equipment etc I was just curious what the update was on the site.
