NRL duo Dave Taylor and Josh McCrone and former St George Illawarra, Brisbane and North Queensland forward Ashton Sims have been unveiled as the latest signings for ambitious Toronto Wolfpack.

The Canadian club, fresh from clinching promotion from League 1, have confirmed the signing of Warrington’s Fijian Test prop Sims and followed up their earlier recruitment of Widnes centre Tom Armstrong with further eye-catching additions as they prepare for the step up to the Championship.

Go the WolfPack!

Every chance of getting promoted again to the ESL. Same people are apparently going to start a NYC team.

I don't know League 1 quality but these signings are surely superior to it? Toronto still have Fui Fui running around too, right?

Love the team name .
They should sign any RL player that has had an incident at a Casino or the like. I'd include Pubs/Tavens to widen their catchment area.
Tod Carney, Russell Packer And Josh Reynolds would qualify. Willy Mason would be WolfPack material .

Famed Players that have been reported in the press for having massive Benders and bad Hangovers.
Gives them instant qualifations into The Wolfpack .

1.Brett Stuart- Team function /
2.Fergo -Roof Top/ hangover style
3.Roberts- Pub?
4.Dugan - Roof Top/ hangover style
5.?
6.Norman- Casino
7.Reynolds - Casino
8.Packer- Pub
9.?
10.D.Fifita- / Willy Mason ? Tough choice there.
11.Pappali - ringing the cops on himself.
12.

Fui Fui was playing at the start - not sure if he is now.
League 1 is mostly amateur and semi pro. But they'll be in Championship next year which is much tougher hence the squad strengthening.

Have followed the Wolfpack through the season, while they have a very strong side, to lose only 1 game all season is an incredible feat, they average around 6500 at home games and they actually encourage the fans to have a beer or 3, in fact they are celebrating winning the title by going on a 'Booze Cruise with the fans invited'!.
