Just fell asleep there with a minute to go. Urgency and ability to read the play has been a problem for years. Awareness at marker is still lacking. Perhaps more talk in D and leadership on field would help.
Have to give some credit to Tamou and Luc - thought they played well for first 25 mins. Mikaele looks damaging but needs to have more carries in his stint.
Pauga has tried, but points have been scored against us through him or around him. We really need a better centre option.

To’a has been really solid as has Gildart. I’ve been impressed with his defence so far which was the biggest question mark.

Peachey has helped our attack playing the link between both sides of the field albeit with a few wayward passes. Hopefully it’s just a little bit of rust having not played for a while.

Brooks has been solid and I think Madden has improved. I like the way they’re linking up but Madden has taken the wrong option a few times. Liddell looks good in defence, Dillon has looked sharp but unsure under the high ball and Pauga has been atrocious defensively.
