Tries from grubber kicks

That's 7 tries from grubber kicks in the last 2 games.As I said the fullback has to cover every play.Staines is not up to it yet.Defence coach where are you ?
 
Is it all the fullbacks fault ? I think they were great kicks but there is some luck involved. I've asked a couple of times what do we do better. They said they worked on it last week as well.
 
I’m not surprised that the tries we are conceding are largely from instinctive ‘off the cuff’ play. That’s the way the whole NRL has gone. We need some instinctive x-factor type players.
Not too many tries are being created by creatively breaking down structures. Only the elite of the elite are doing that - Munster, Cleary, Hynes, Reynolds. So many tries are being scored after offloads.

Sheens said it was worked on extensively.
I wouldn’t have admitted that, doesn’t say much for the coaching team !

Our middle forwards aren't making busts or getting away offloads. Brooks, Staines and Api will all carve up if our middle forwards start creating more.

Bateman gives us another option as well.
