its so cool 2b outraged on social media,all well n good,but when it crosses over into every day life.thats were the problem is,Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon didnt pull his stunt on my front yard or the neighbours- carefacter -NIL

No one (to my knowledge) has claimed any justifiable reason for the shooting. Sure, you will have morons who will be cheering and upset the bullet missed, but that doesn’t define the ideology. It’s just a matter of there being 7 billion people on this plant, and some are going to be arseholes.

Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon has been saying things like "Poisoning the blood" and that they are "all murders and rapists". So while you may not like people's opinions correlating that to xenophobia, you can draw a pretty straight line. The facism has cause too with him trying to hold onto office by denying election results and trying to overturn it. Project 2025 just pushes it further. Again, very straight line.

These are backed up by evidence and quotes.

That said, should this turn to violence? Hell no. There is no place for it, exactly as the messages have been today. Otherwise it's a continued downward spiral.

I’m not saying there isn’t equally high levels of violence from both sides.
Stop trying to shift the needle.
I came into this thread and called people scum who were celebrating a possibly politically motivated attempted murder.
You came in and called me the same with no reason given. Don’t get upset you got hit back

I was saying that you had no right to call others "salty" with the way you carried on during our last chat. There was no "scum". Just said pot kettle black.

Then you went on to imply that people like me cause this violence.

... and I was replying to your message that you said "the left caused all this" by providing some context on why they might be saying these things that you said were the cause

I said what he was doing was like what Hitler did, in terms of setting up power structures for a fascist government. It was even talking about how the republican party is being obstructionist in the same way.. I won't run through all of that again.

If I had said he was "like Hitler", I would have said that he wants to shag his close relatives in the same way.

So yes, you carried on like a fool jumping at shadows. Not grasping what I was saying and when I tried to explain it, you went with the same shifting-the-dial nonsense.
