Tuiaki rumoured to have signed with Parra

If we let Tui go, I imagine there would be something like $200k freed up for use elsewhere. I haven't heard any Tiger activity in the player market lately so it would be interesting to see who we might pounce on. Or maybe that cash has been allocated to Mckinnon's future contract already….

Very interesting thought….......Might be on the money my friend.

i can now confirm the story of him going to Parra is all BS…
ITs all speculative and no truth what so ever in the matter

my mate just told me he made a comment about the article something about are you guys going to come out and aplolguise to TNT and all Tigers fans and admitt you were totally wrong if this is proved to be a load of crap better you that doesnt make it on there

dribble dribble

can u say that again in a sentence we can understand?

Raptor wasn't having a go at anyone. Let me decipher.

"My mate commented on the Telegraph article saying "are you morons going to come out and apologise to Tuiaki and the Tigers and admit you were wrong when this is proved to be a load of rubbish?" I bet that comment doesn't make it to the comments section."

Well , TnT hasn't Been very happy with the Tigers not wanting to renew his contract ,as Management has Been given the advice from medical experts that he will struggle to play again , and he has been upset to be called "excess baggage".
The offer by Parramatta, I have been told by a Parra insider that it is all pending on their Medical report on his injury. The added fact that Eric Jnr is not happy with his offer given to him by Parra and will probadly leave adds fuel to all this…

It's sad that all this is happening to Benji & Moltzen's roommate , but I can't see why the Tigers would have made him feel wanted by offering a discounted 1 year contract with an option to extend , as Parramatta are offering.I guess their mail on his injury must be very bad news.Parramatta has only became interested because my mate told me he is not wanted at Concord

Hate to tell u mate, but everything highlighted is so far from the truth its not funny… i think ur Parra insider is pulling ur leg. or both as its a pretty big pull.. Medical experts have said no such thing....

At the end of the day the NRL and it's teams are running a business and, as tough as it may be, a successful business needs to be cutthroat in it's decision making process. If he were only a 50/50 chance the smart business decision would be to let him find greener pastures.

Players make contract decisions based on what is best for them considering many factors. It is a two way street though and these players are professional commodities.

As long as the decision is based on good faith, best knowledge medical opinion I am ok with whatever the outcome as a fan. I would rather have a Top 25 squad with all players fit and ready than take a punt on a maybe with Tuiaki

Thanks MacDougall for translating sorry was in a hurry as I was late for work so I didnt read what I typed before I posted it, You had it spot on but my mate worded slightly different so if wasn't offenesive and didn't call them anything straight out basically giving them no reason for not posting it told him it won't be posted.

If Tuiaki goes, then so be it. Just caught a bit on CH7 about Lote's cousin playing for Manly Marlin's union who is peeved who the rah rah game and may turn to league, the guy looked huge and fast ! Dunno whether he he worth the gamble but he looked bigger than Lote and probably faster.

lol , most Fijians are big boys. Some with great pace. Eg the quick Josevata Rokocoko who plays for All Blacks and Akuila Uate for knights.
Cant say the same for Petro (he is a big boy but) as he his a forward but 1 thing for certain is they do lack decipline early in their career.Once set they are real great assets.
So if you sign a raw talent chances are he might act up like Daine Laurie.

See Daine is having dramas again at Penrith, after only playing 26 minutes in first grade this season. What a shame.
according to RLW.

I want Lote's cousin ..looks the goods big and strong .

Saw this bloke 3 years ago & thought he was going to be the next superstar…is Jonah Lomus size most certainly, but apart from a comlete name change(????)has totally underdelivered,& has been punted by Randwick, the Waratahs,Western Force & more recently by French Rugby after a two week trial.I think hes still only 21.
So what went wrong..?
He takes an age to wind up to top speed, lacks mobility in defence, only turns up to play when he decides to.
Probably a back rower needing a wake up call
