Some of the shows I really like don't seem to get a decent run on the free-to-air networks. How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, **Its always Sunny in Philadelphia** and Chuck have been the shows that have really grabbed my attention.

On another note, a new digital channel (88) called 'Go' will start on Sunday the 9th of August at 6:30pm. Its supposed to have a fesh mix of entertainment and 1st run programs according to the test transmission. I wIll give it a look.

I'm glad foxtel finally picked it up after Ch7 dumped it out to a 1am timeslot a couple years back.. fta television did the same with Curb Your Enthusiasm & Arrested Development.. its criminal.

Anyways I've been getting the IASIP dvds off Amazon the past couple of years and I'm going to have to find some good torrents when the new season starts next month. Awesome show, just keeps getting better and better. My favourite episodes are the one where Frank & Dennis buy an old cop car & then start dressing like cops an abusing their fake authority while Charlie dresses up as Serpico and tries to expose them and my other favourite is the one where Mac & Charlie get a job in an office mailroom just to get the company health insurance:

But really I could name any episode, like the one where the boys get fun fever, or the one where Dennis & Dee get hooked on crack so they can apply for welfare, or when Dennis' is mistaken for a registered sex offender, the marathon dance off.. and of coarse the birth of the Dayman/Nightman and Green Man. And if anybody wants to check out the show for free online.. http://itsalwayssunnyepisodes.com/ - dig in, its brilliant stuff.. the show went to another level when Danny DeVito came on board.

I finally got to see the last season of The Shield recently, one of the best shows ever made and one of the most satisfying endings to a TV series I've ever seen. I really dug on Sons Of Anarchy but missed most of it so I'll have to get that one on DVD. I discover most TV shows on DVD because I can't get into a routine of sitting down and watching something at the same time ever week.

HIghly recommend: The Wire, Oz, Spaced, Venture Bros & Rescue Me

oh this thread didn't get deleted. we just had posts lost that were made on thursday night. for anyone that missed episodes of Flash Forward, they can be watched on youtube.

I dont mind some of the shows on 'Go', ive been watchin a lot Seinfeld, and also Big Bang Theory, ill probably watch Frasier which is coming on soon as well. I used to watch funniest home videos until they took it off at 6pm and replaced it with The Flintstones lol.

Battlestar Galactica hands-down greatest show on television!

The mystery and the questions keep you on the edge of you seat from the first episode to the very last.
A-MAZING!

Outstanding taste Kul….who would have thought it would end that way....

bro

That serries is amazing!

It's like a "who done it" but they don't answer it until the very last minute of the very last episode!
I kid you not, up until the moment where Tyroll flipped, I was questioning how the show was going to answer all the questions that had been asked 5 frakking years ago when the serries started.
Yet, in true BSG style, the writers found a way!

The moment when Adama said "Kara! Jump the ship" and she said "I don't have the co-ordinates" and he yelled "doesn't matter! just get us out of here!!!!" just made me experience an emotion that i'd never felt before.

The joy, elation and relief that I felt when Kara keyed in those co-ordinates was indescribable.

5 long years of waiting for answers finally ended with one AMZING revelation!

What a show!

Chuck
Dollhouse
Stargate SG1
Stargate Atlantis
Stargate Universe
Merlin
Castle
Dr. Who
Meet The Press
Insiders
Outrageous Fortune
How I Met Your Mother
Big Bang Theory

Just some of the shows I like that I can think of at the moment.

I only saw one episode, the one where he was singing "If I was a rich man" to the Palestinians. I loved his old series, Music Jamboree and John Safran vs God but thought this new series was trying too hard to shock people.

Well in the episode just passed, John dressed up as a lady-boy and made out with a Phillipino bloke. I wasn't too sure of his reasoning and he seems to be trying too hard to shock.

Yeah agree Geo. They even have to bring Jack in to give it something but it does not work.
