Who's your favourite? Mine would have to be out of Tito Ortiz, Rashad Evans, Rampage Jackson or Anderson Silva. Probably Tito but its pretty close for me. So whose your favourite fighter?

i havent watched it for a while but anderson silva and brock lesnar were definitely some of the best.
 
Tito doesn't fight for the UFC any more, he was one of the more entertaining personalities of the sport.
Married a porn star, LOL !!

Anderson Silva is okay but Rampage & Rashad are wack.

I like Yushin Okami, Shinya Aoki & Johnny Bones

tito fought against rashad 11 days ago at ufc 133\. though he only came back to save the card after an injury withdrawl.

Liddel and Forest for me, but as fighters can't go past gsp and silva.
 
im just watching this documentary about bruce lee, chuck norris and other martial artists. the dvd called 'the warrior within'. i picked it up for $5\. bruce lee would have been awesome at mixed marshall arts because he took the best from each fighting style: karate punches, boxing jabs, kung fu kicks

god this was made in 1976 :laughing:
 
Favorite would have to be Diego Sanchez, Clay Guida and Cain Valesquaz. The most exciting at the moment for me would be Jon Bones Jones. The kid is a freak and could hold the Light Heavyweight title for a long long time.
 
Some of u guys need to get schooled on the ufc especially demps lol. Tito is still in the ufc and he didn't come back jst to save the 133 card 4 weeks before he stopped Ryan bader who's only previous loss was to bones jones.

As for thread topic Diego Sanchez Carlos condit Cain Velazquez and Thiago silva are my favorite fighters
 
ive been watching some documentaries about martial arts. do you know how easy it is to kill someone? has there been any deaths in ufc? if not then that would be surprising

Ortiz is still with the UFC he just lost to Evans 2 weeks ago.
Im surprised a lot on hear rate him.He is a has been who has not beaten anyone of note in years & is a big mouth who cant back it up.

Anderson Silva is number1 and daylight second.He is humble & extemely talented
Others of note are George St Pierre,Bj Penn,Marcheda &Victor Balfort
 
I do under 18 MMA, and it is the greatest sport after footy, but my all time favorite would have to be The mighty GSP George Sainte Piere, and the ICEMAN Chuck Lidell, but would also put Forrest Griffin, Silvia, "Rapage" Jackson and Evans, up in there with my 2 favorites, but if your looking for the greatest UFC fighter ever, u can never go past Royce Gracie, he was rated so good with a record of 154-1 that he was banned from the UFC because he was so good and unbeatable. But GSP is my fave

George Sainte Piere - reminds me of van dam and the guy he beat in the heavy wight title last year - with the dyed curly hair. forgot his name.

don't follow it as closely as i used to.
tito has retired a few times and came back, so my mistake.

gsp is an amazing ATHLETE,
boring "fighter" however, 25 mins of wrestling isn't for me.

@ Demps, yes I'm positive, UFC is a big thing for me and know it off by heart, that's why when he won his 154th match they said he's not beatable and to stop fighting in the UFC/MMA league, and that 1 loss was when he went to America to do a new tournament and didn't know the rules so he forfeited the fight, so after being told to leave he then decided to train his younger brothers who both went on to get world rank 2 and 3 behinds their big bro, and the fight of the century was him take on his 2 younger brother in a handicap match with 1 hand tied behind his back and still won, that's how good he is, trust me I know

are you talking about that brazilian guy who is like a master of ju jitsu? if its the guy im thinking of he fought ken shamrock (who used to be in wwf/wwe) years ago
 
Yeh that's him alien, he's known as the kick of brizilian Ju Jitsu, he and his brothers are the best, the family tree of Gracie goes back 200 yrs where the Gracie family actually made it, but Royce modified it with all other stuff and created a different technique which is why other Ju Jitsu fighters couldn't match him, cause he knew it all and better
