Its the lifting of "QLD spirit" to mythical proportions that I find funny.

When you hear about it with such regularity, it becomes a non event. hearing about Scott supposedly rising up with the mention of "QLD'duh" is amusing to me. So is the fact Billy Moore was born in Tenterfield and played for NSW growing up.

Don't worry I still giggle about Michael O'Connor (didn't he score your entire points in a SOO game ) and kenny Nagas

Then when we tossed up picking Peter Dawes (a player very similiar to steve Mortimer in playing style ) he was in the exact same position as Billy Moore we couldn't have him

Just because you blokes didn't hear about them doesn't mean they couldn't play or didn't get the same treatment
