Really sad. Was a great Magpie.

Way too young. Crossed paths when my kids and his step son attended the same school. Good man off the field and the on field stuff speaks for itself. Extremely sad news.

Thanks for embracing the Pies Langers, it was fun.

Terry Hill and now Langmack. Sad that its guys that are characters.

Lovable lunatics, both of them. RIP.

Great club man for the Magpies

RIP ....Condolences to his family and friends

I see Ricky and the Raiders had a minutes silence before their training session
Classy stuff Ricky

[Merlot]

Loved the league in that era . A larrikin amongst larrikins
Love to have a beer with Langmack - love 2 have a beer with Paul

[Gazman]

Sad to see so many legends from our history and the game itself passing too soon 😢

First it was Terry Hill, now Langas.🙁

Sadly now we have lost two of Australian rugby league's biggest pair of lovable, self effacing buffoons & Footy Show regulars.

Langmack had a head like a beaten favourite but was tough as nails. He always had time for the fans, he didn't have his head up his arse & was a great clubman.

It's a shame the Magpies got him in his twilight years, but he played his heart out for Wests in his time at the club, something that can't be said of a lot of "star" veterans playing out their final season or two at the Magpies/Wests Tigers.

He'll be sadly missed by family, friends, colleagues, old Bulldog & Magpie fans & and THREE generations of LOWES customers.

RIP Langas. ☹️

Great player, one of my favourites. Langmack debuted so early people often thought he was older (won his first 2 grand finals when still only 20) . When he started at Wests in 1991 he was 26 at the start of the season.

I also remember his time with Hungry Jacks after his footy.
TV needs another "Yesterday's Hero."
RIP Champion
