As a keen observer and poor contributor to the forum, I have witnessed blatant personal attack after attack on players, coaches and administrators since I joined this forum. Sack, sack, sack is the call. With all these changes that people have been wishing for, we seem to be going backwards. I hope most forumors remain here and not in The Weststigers administration. As mentioned by the wiser people here, we need experienced players and a lot more of them, "bring in untried they can't do any worse" is the call, we are last, you can't beat experience. Therefore, I support Mr Mc Donnell. Go Weststigers!

While I've heard him being disruptive to the club plenty of times, his 20's make the finals consistantly?

So the 20's make the finals Big Deal. How many of them are quality 1st graders the only one is Tedesco and he is a local junior anyhow. McDonnell tried as hard as he could to get rid of Tedesco so his son would have a walk up start.
He must be some talker to have survived for so long with very poor results.

I dont care who thinks what of McDonnell,as far as Im concerned,and irrespective that he does a reasonable job with the juniors,he has been the thorn in the side of this great club far to long…

Well if he had the team playing decent footy no one would feel the need to duck out during the game for a hotdog?

So he is credited with bringing all these juniors to the club, that consistently perform in the 20's and you blame him for them not kicking on? Surely there is a first grade coach that must have some responsibility somewhere….....

He maintains the successful relationship with keebra park which is a benefit to the club.
