Wasn't gentle the defensive co-ordinator in 2010? Wasn't that our best ever defensive season?

It is now obvious to all that management do not want Sheens. If we cannot afford to dump him now I am sure they will look to dump at the end of next season, unless there is a miracle and we finish in the top 3.
But that is unlikely because all players will know he is leaving and that normally means the coach does not get the response he wants.They will be waiting till 2014.

So its Catch 22\. ..nothing next year if he is here..wait till 2014

Catch 22?
I think if Sheens goes now we have a chance of a good season next year. If he goes at the end of next year, well IMO I think he will do an even more average job knowing he's going but getting paid still. And the other end of the stick is he could try to save his job or at least grab an accolade of some sort before he leaves.
