I think a lot of that will occur wether we sign Blair or not….you give him a touch too much credit....no one player is worth six.
 
on one week at a time on one hd tonight in the late mail segment with joel caine they said Tigers are trying to shed players to accomodate for adam blair they said todd payten to retire at seasons end and tim moltzen to souths or cronulla?
 
They also said David Stagg was playing at lock for the Tigers this Weekend….

i don't think Joel Caine is any better of a media personality then he was a footballer…if u look back he was the Fitzy of the early yrs...had 1 decent yr in 2000 thats all...hopeless player
 
Hope we dont let these players go & we end up signing no one, as it looks like Gibbs & fulton are going, & maybe Moltzen who i wouldnt let go. Other players who will go would be Moors, Flanagan, maybe Daniella, & Payten to retire & is this all to get Blair ?.

I Like Joel Caine as well.

Both One HD shows are entertaining and above all things based on Footy not on Idiocy.

If we sign Blair i hope we sign him for four years, mainly because of the supposed $500000 price tag, Also he is only 25 which gives him plenty of time with us.
 
Would LOVE to have him at the club, but if too many players have to be shredded, theN NAH

IF he or any other second rowers go down, we need a decent replacement.

Just reading a story on NRL site about Bryce Gibbs and his situation and the story adds that Newcastle are now interested in Blair .

Bennett's policy of not paying big dollars for forwards wouldn't be in their favor though as he seems to be chasing a decent payrise.
