We are changing; for the better. It's tough now, but the right decisions are being made to undo all the previous bad management.

I did read it. I dont need one thumb. Or 2. Anyway. I read it posted it, its just another angle looking from the outside in. Since you have a brain, sometimes it's okay to use the right side of your brain. Not just left. The big picture. If you have any articles will be happy to post them. Its just another supporter venting his or her frustration. I do not apologize if I offended you. I mean keep out of the fire if you find it a tad bit hot for your liking.

I reckon this week's interview with Ange Postecoglou who manages/coaches Tottenham in the EPL mirrors Richo and Benji in their approach going forward:

"At this time of year it’s pretty hard for supporters because they don’t have all the information and it’s fair to say there’s plenty of misinformation out there.

We’re working hard to bring players in and it’s a process that you sometimes have to be patient with.

But in terms of what we set out to do, that’s still the plan and you have to stay disciplined with that. Sometimes the timings don’t work out and it doesn’t happen as quickly as you want and you don’t get them (players) in at the right time but I thnk it’s really important you stay disciplined and not run off and chase other things.

So, what we started with at the start of summer are still there, and I wouldn’t want to put timelines on it. A lot of that is out of our control and we just need to be patient.
From where I sit at the moment we’re still in that phase where what we identified is still what we’re after."

If we’re heading in the right direction, then why does it feel like the same old direction?
Whats different? 3 board members missing, a new Chair, a new CEO, new coaching team. We haven’t had this level of manpower turnover. We no longer tell the media what we’re about to do, now that I don’t mind.
What the average fan on the street is seeing though, is more of the same.
We’ve had 9 head coaches since 2005. We get a new coach, after a season or 2 he and key players find they’re incompatible so those players are sent packing, new players are signed, then soon after we change coaches and the process starts again.
I don’t need to point out the team at the top of the ladder has had the same coach for 20 years.
