And they always forget to throw in that cassette head cleaning tape before loading last week’s team's cassette resulting in a CRC error after trying for 30 minutes. I think they're still using punch cards and after they've given them all to Cousins he dropss them so they have to take the rest of the day sorting them back into the correct order.
