We can still make the finals even if we lose both games

And then what? Wed play either the Dogs, Manly, Souths, Melbourne or the Cowboys. The latter two in their states.

No point limping into the finals. If "anything can happen", then we should win the next 2 games, not think about losing them and still making the playoffs.

**I'd prefer Canberra in the 8 then us, at least they could go on a run. We're just making up numbers**.

You'd rather see the Raiders in the Finals than us??? Are you kidding me!

Yeah not looking forward to the Roosters at all. They get us every time out there, and it will be a mountainous task without Robbie.
At least Minichello is out.

If we lose the last 2 games, what's the point of making the finals?

Farah would be back by week one semis

Will he? Heighno was out for how long with a broken hand?

Pretty sure Rhino broke multiple bones in his hand

Will depend I guess which bone it is

Farah is one of the toughest bloke at the club If their is any chance he can be available he will and he won't let us down thats for sure

If we win 1 of the next 2 we will be sweet. The boys will turn up against the Roosters who have nothing to play for and should win that and get through. I reckon we are a good chance to beat whoever we play in the first round of the semies, if get through that, it gets alot tougher, but given what we showed on friday we are not wthout hope, regardless of opposition.

I don't know why people are so confident we will beat the Roosters, even when they are terrible (which they are now) they always seem to lift against us and cause us problems.

Without Farah we will struggle.

Hybrid's right Anyone who thinks we will win this easy or by 19 plus is kidding themselves

If we play like we did for the last 55 minutes v the Dogs we should win , but without Farah this will be nigh impossible

the Roosters game is not a lock but I'm hoping we can get it

we are also a chance against the Storm

but having said that I would not be surprised at all if we lost both, after the let down against the Bulldogs and now Farah's injury

The last 3 games there have been a lot of encouraging signs from the team. I guess if Farah is out, Benji will be the captain, somehow he does not inspire me in that role, they need someone who will rev the team up.

I don't think people are giving Iosefa enough credit. He is a very capable hooker and has an opportunity to play semi finals footy. Three months ago he was in state cup with little options. We need to field Fulton and Ellis on either side of him defensive wise but I think we can maintain our stability with him there.

Why are people assuming the Raiders will beat the Dogs?? I am happy to say that they are no chance irrespective of their record. They are a different team under Des and Canberra's defensive is not nearly good enough to hold them out. The Raiders won't be able to hold them to less than 20 points, and the dogs defence will not let in 20.

If we get to second week of finals, we can beat Manly, Dogs or Storm. I don't think we can beat Souths. They are strong in areas where we are weak. We only need to get there to be a chance. I think we can win both remaining games - bring it on!

I still have us finishing 8th, winning against the Roosters but losing to the Storm. The biggest danger may be from the Raiders. The Bulldogs could easily drop a game next week, now that they are virtually assured of the minor premiership, and then the Raiders play the Warriors, who are diabolical at the moment.

Farah provides every bit of composure, tactics and grit we displayed in the game against the Dogs.

Jake Friend likely to look like the next coming of Cameron Smith tearing through our ruck if we are not careful.

The very fact that anybody would be happy to scrape into the finals without winning another game speaks volumes

this is only one thing I hate more than wests-tigers losing, and that's manly.

losing is not an option, for the remaining games, for wests-tigers to make the finals.

nothing more than winning is acceptable.

Yeah that's what I fear too. Bloody Roosters always lift v the Tigers >_<

Just once I would like to see a concerted effort against Easts this weekend. We always seem to fall to pieces against them, and it just about kills me as I hate that club with a unmeasurable intensity.

What I'd give to see Woodsy sit that little drunkard Friend on his arse.

Woodsy for Man of Match. He and Benji are the key for us this weekend. Big call I know but if those two aren't playing well and don't spark the team I fear a loss.

More importantly - we can win one of the next two games and still miss the eight.

I refer to my previous point - we want to win both.

Pretty much no chance of making the 8 by losing the last two. Need way to many things to happen, and even with the Titans closing in on us on F/A if they were to win a game and lose a game they'd probably overtake us.

We need to win at least 1\. 2 Will guarantee us, but 1 will give us a good chance, but we could obviously be knocked out by Titans (who if they win 2, will most likely have a better F/A) and Raiders (who are a real good shot at winning there last 2)
