We should rest robbie farah on sunday

If he wants to play let him. He loves playing at Leichhardt and if he wants to play he will inspire the side. I might rest him against the Knights the following week, his mind will probably be on SOO III as the side is picked on the Sunday and we play on the Monday night..

We're talking about a bloke who has carried this team on a broken back for two years. Played all of last year with a groin injury, played a game after having his nose smashed all over his face…

There's only one way he won't be playing this weekend and that's if he breaks his leg getting off the team bus, and I doubt that would even stop him.

Dunno about that he will want to outplay Buderus ,especially seeing that 2 weeks before SOO started buderus was 1st choice

Week after Origin we have Bulldogs so its Ennis and I'm sure he has plenty he'd like to say to Ennis
Game after however is Penrith at home Possibly that game would be a good one Ellis is back that week I'm pretty sure as well

Farah has and had a point to prove. There were calls saying he wasn't tough enough for Origin. He has dispelled that but will want to prove himself even more. As mentioned earlier, there is no way he will not back up.

Play him off the bench, bring him on after 20 minutes and give him an early mark 10 out from fulltime if the Tigers are looking comfortable.

Sorry Willow but have to disagree for a few reasons

1 He is not normally a bench player and would find it hard to play that role , especially if we end up having to chase the Roosters down

2 If we do get into any trouble and we are chasing the lead he will have to work even harder than he would by starting

We are far better off letting him start and hopefully getting comfortably ahead after 50-60 minutes and then replacing him Then if we bring on a dummy half who is fresh they can captialize on a tiring ,big Roosters pack and create more damage and chances

Just my opinion Willow

Well they rekon players start feeling the pain a couple of days later so i would give him a rest for sure
If we were playing friday night i would play him 80 mins

Robbie copped a cut to the head and what appeared to be a painful (judging by the look on his face) hit in the ribs last night. Sheens would surely be guided by Robbie as to whether he plays or not, I'll be surprised if Robbie doesn't run onto Leichhardt oval this Sunday afternoon, he is made for origin…..

You'd have to hit him with about 66 sledgehammers and chain him to the grandstand to stop our very proud club captain from running out onto Leichhardt Oval on Sunday!

Assuming he's fit to go he'll start. I'm sure Sheens will look to give a spell at some point in the game, depending on the game situation, hence the reason Iosefa was named. The length of the break may vary depending how we're doing I wouldn't rule him out starting from the bench but i believe if Robbie plays, Robbie starts.

All origin players NSW and the other blokes commit to go back to their club sides and not only play but try to excel. They generally put in MOM performances. Robbie will play and have a blinder.

I think sheens will ask him if he wants a rest but I think it will come down to Robbie himself, and how he feels I. The day but I don't think Robbie would want to be rested

He must play.

8 in a row beckons. we have two weeks then a bye.

This culd really consolidate our season and put the poor start well and truly behind us.

it's useless bringing him off the bench imo. his greatest asset is that he speeds the game up for us and sets the tone right from the start. iosefa would never be able to do that.

also, him resting for 20 minutes on the bench at the start.. u srs? if anything, he will get cold.

pull him off if we're clearly gonna win, or give him a 20 minute breather either way of half time.

farah MUST start.

I think robbie should get a rest after his incredible effort tonight 66 tackles, i think it would be a good idea as much as i want him to play i think he would greatly benefit from a week off come semi final time. GO ROBBIE YOU LEGEND !!!

This has to be a candidate for worst post of the year ,Rest one of your key players in a match thats puts us in a great position if we win.

there would be no way in the world anybody would be able to stop robbie from playing this sunday! I just cant see him not being there, he is just too much of a champion!! With other origin players backing up there's no way he wont. Im so happy we have such a champion and a true clubman playing for the tigers!
