Geez I really missed something there ….. Dear oh dear oh dear .... The current board of the Magpies should hang their heads in shame. This sort of thing can only be damaging to all concerned .... Let's hope that finally some common sense can prevail sooner rather than later.

The best thing that happened out of yesterday was no major injuries and a boost to for and against.

One of the Magpies players should have been sent for punching Clarke in the back of the head when on the ground.

The NYC boys warmed to their task as the game wore on and were given high minute stints which will serve them well going forward.

Apart from that there is nothing I can really take away from it

Kurtis Rowe played a few Bundy games for Burwood-Nth Ryde United before being called up for this NSW cup game. Played well at FB in the 38-30 loss to Mounties (Brodie started in backrow and was strong before succumbing to injury mid 1st half), and held his own at centre, scoring a great individual try against Wenty, who had 7 NSW cup players fall back for the bundy game as Parra dropped quite a few back to Wenty prems on their bye weekend.
