Who was good for the tigers and if anyone for wests -just another sign we should have 1nsw cup team for mine they should be based a campbelltown but called wests tigers
 
Chisholm was good very quick on his feet,Simona was strong as was Spence,Clarke and really all the forward pack they are a very mobile hard running group.

I feel for wests. This should never have happened, i dont care who is right, who is wrong, or what has happened in the past. This result should show its in everyones best interest to have a Wests Tigers State Cup team representing both areas along with our NRL side

I'm going to say get their act together means hurry up and do a deal with WT for a joint State Cup side, which is clearly in everyone's best interests.
 
They don't learn out there went to allthe humiliating games that West played towards the end and seen a once great club smashed ..yet the same thing is still happening to the end today .I really don't now what goes on with some people PLEASE move on!
 
TIGERS CRUSH MAGPIES 88-16 IN NSW CUP

Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers recorded a crushing 88-16 win over Western Suburbs Magpies at Campbelltown Sports Stadium today in round 12 of the NSW Cup .

It was the Tigers’ biggest win of the season and the Magpies’ heaviest defeat. The Tigers have won 8 of their 13 matches this season to be entrenched in the top 8 while the Magpies remain winless to sit on the bottom of the ladder.

Tigers five-eighth Dane Chisholm carved up the Magpies, scoring 4 tries and kicking 7 goals for a personal tally of 30 points.

The win was even more dominant considering Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers fielded three Wests Tigers NYC players in Kurtis Rowe, Brodie Monroe and Luke Williams after losing Junior Moors to the NRL side and winger Gus Aiga through injury.

The Tigers opened the scoring in the third minute when prop Shaun Spence ran into a gaping hole to to score a try under the posts. Centre and captain Sean Meaney converted for a 6-0 lead.

Wests opened their account when winger Amanono Tavio defused a crossfield kick to score in the corner two minutes later. Half-back and captain Nigel Millgate failed to convert the try for a 6-4 scoreline.

Balmain Ryde Eastwood extended their lead in the 13th minute when prop Ava Seumanufagai crashed over from five metres next to the posts. Meaney converted the try for a 12-4 lead.

Meaney made it 16-4 in the 15th minute when he used his strength to crash over in the right corner to finish off a backline play. Meaney converted the try for an 18-4 lead after 17 minutes.

The Tigers went further ahead when five-eighth Dane Chisholm broke clear from a scrum win to race 70 metres to score in the left corner for a 22-4 lead. Meaney nailed the conversion from the sideline for a 24-4 lead after 20 minutes.

A spilt bomb by the Magpies five metres from their tryline saw Rhys Curran pick up the ball to score. Meaney converted the try for a 30-4 lead after 25 minutes.

The tryscoring onslaught continued two minutes later when full-back Tim Simona sliced through the slim defence to race 45 metres to score under the posts. Meaney converted the try for a 36-4 lead.

Balmain Ryde Eastwood went to a 40-4 lead when back Kurtis Rowe, called up from the Wests Tigers NYC side, dived over in the right corner in the 32nd minute. Meaney failed to convert the try.

Western Suburbs scored their second try when winger Michael La Manna made a break down the left flank to send hooker Chris Nay over next to the posts.Millgate converted the try to leave the Magpies trailing 40-10 after 37 minutes.

2nd Half
Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers continued their tryscoring blitz, crossing three times in the first 15 minutes of the second half through Lincoln Port, Luke Williams and Dayne Craig. Chisholm converted all three tries to send the Tigers to a 58-10 lead.

Tensions flared in the 58th minute after Craig was taken high around the neck, prompting several players to rush in and be involved. Craig was sent to the sin bin for causing the fight while the Magpies’ forward Henry Iuta also joined him for a stint for 10 minutes for fighting. Millgate was placed on report for fighting.

Once play resumed, it didn’t take long for the Tigers to score again through forward Brodie Monroe, also called up from the Wests Tigers NYC side. Chisholm converted the try for a 64-10 lead after 62 minutes.

Chisholm continued his point scoring spree when he scored two more tries to record a hat-trick. He converted his own tries to send Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers to a 76-10 lead after 67 minutes.

The talented five-eighth scored his fourth try when he stepped inside some flimsy defence to score under the posts in the 71st minute. He converted his own try for an 82-10 lead.

The Magpies got their third try when second-rower Seffa Silafu scored in the 74th minute.Millgate converted the try for an 82-16 scoreline.

Rowe grabbed his third try when he raced 30 metres to score next to the posts in the 79th minute. Chisholm converted the try for the 88-16 scoreline.
