Not from me mate. I pretty much gave up on watching the NYC last year due to the lack of committment of most players to defense. Its entertaining to a point but is fairly compareable to top level OZTAG. Big changes of culture need to take place for mine.

Everyone complains about the defence in the 20's, It isn't the players fault, they don't want to see try after try scored against them. What are the coaches doing - just concentrating on attack and forgetting about defence??. Any player that progresses into first grade needs to hold his own defensively and what I have seen at the Tigers is that when we do call players up they are struggling defensively.

On Frdiay night some of the younger forwards were found out defensively, Woods just went the wrong way when at first marker and so did Groat, Lui had some oil put back on the revolving door and it was working well. Defense is what wins or moreover loses matches and we need to spend more time developing the defense of these younger guys before we throw them into the big time.

Jarred Szczudlo-front row, Shane Lalogafau-second row and Andy Fiagatusa-lock from Magpies SG Ball will be joining their mates Tedesco and Nofoaluma in NYC next year.
The Magpies SG Ball halves Brasington and Atuau not wanted and have both gone to Parramatta.

Don't know who else…maybe Crete Waaka and Jake Townsend...Maybe Billy Kitt although he is still eligible for SG Ball again next year.

We've also signed the Keebra Park fullback - his name has momentarily escaped my increasingly unreliable grey matter.

…and geez I hope Brasso and Atuau don't come back to bite us - they looked OK to me (yeah, I know, OK doesnt cut it) . When Brassington fills out a little he could push into the back row and become Gavin Miller on stilts ... Atuau is a tenacious and nippy little number 7 ... good luck to both of them

Billy Kitt is just a traffic cop, I would be very surprised if he makes 20's. Mitchell Moses and Luke Brooks are far better prospects.

Mitchell Moses is brilliant..Havent seen much of Brooks because of his injury hopefully he comes back better than ever next year.
