I think he has an issue with consistency. You need someone who leads by example week in, week out.

Reason I quoted these three is that they seem to be the players we are rebuilding our club around. Reason I did not put Teddy in the mix is that I don't see him as a good communicator. I think it is important for the club to show their faith in one of these three.

Not convinced Woods is captain material but is a great player and will miss games due to State of Origin.
