Yes there's demountables to be built. It makes sense to build the demountables before knocking down the stadium, otherwise Pascoe and co will be working out the back of their cars for a while.

I am from Brisbane and not been to campbelltown before so have a question.

They Say Panthers have a great complex but how does this one compare to their one ? Is is around the same size ?

Looks great and will visit this when I am down there next . .. It will help with recruitment as well

why on earth would you need a separate gym only for nrl players? Shouldn't all the players in your club have access to elite facilities to enhance their development from as early as possible?

If I remember correctly Justin Pascoe said Brisbane’s Centre of excellence is one of the best in the country - and ours is going to be around double the size. It’s gonna be fantastic for the future of our club.

One thing to remember is ours is also a public facility. Some parts might be WT only, maybe only during certain times. Other parts will always be open to the community.

There's one big gym they all train in. NRL players have their own change room with their name and club number on a locker.

I've had a look over the plans and it seems like we have a big dedicated space in there as well as the adjoining community facilities.

$53 million isn't small change. It will be a decent building.

Penriths COE was a $22M project so ours is more than double. I know some is public space but going on the numbers I would assume ours is up there.

It’s two squared meters bigger than Panthers.
