Wests Tigers CEO won't confirm SFS final

I think the club passed 7000 in April this year…

Facebook has over 21k friends. Be good if half of them could get to the game...
 
Im sure we all know where it'll be, Moore Park

I suppose we'll have a good atmosphere should we draw the chooks

Got ya…you think we should compare apples with apples..., fair enough.

Interesting scenario though because i think we'd get more supporters there for a sydney semi. Might be a sell out.

The worst bandwagoners are Parra fans…I had 2 at work on Monday tell me Wests Tigers will win the Comp....

I'm sure there will be plenty of Rugby League fans at the WestsSFS screaming for the Tigers come semi time against any opposition....

They also said that lote had signed with the tigers 4 months before he actually did. the telegraph really can't be trusted
 
this year it will be the raiders band wagon that will do the most recruiting - if they make it of course.

The Tele wasnt too far off the mark on the Lote signing… Dont believe all the theatrics that was played out in the last 2-3 weeks leading to the 'announcment'!!!

But the Tele are a bunch of peanuts though...

If we did already have a deal with the SFS playing our home final there Humphreys might not of wanted it known otherwise we might not have gotten the cash from the NRL to play the game at the SFS.

surely anyone who bought WT merchandise pre '05 has to be closer to the hardcore variety of fan rather than the bandwagoner.

i think those figure's are relevant. it shows that we have the supportors willing to buy tickets & fill the SFS.

what has to be checked is if the team we may play, roosters for instance, have ever had a similar dominance in crowds numbers when playing an out of state team. if they have then we can expect a 50 / 50 split & then the LO option may well have been better.

If however they struggled to out number the out of town team then we can expect (based on those '05 figures) to out number & thus provide a greater advantage. b/c surely its the people & not the place that provides the greatest effect on 'home' advantage. i.e would the team prefer to play dragons at oki in front of 20000 tigers fans or at LO in front of 20000 dragons supportors.
 
My query was more on how he came to the conclusion we'd get more than the opposition, its all there in previous posts, Im not explaining it again.
However, on the bandwagoner, its risky to judge anyone based on appearance i agree…just a feeling I got witnessing one bloke during the 05 series wearing a shirt I hadnt seen in years.
But...look at the figures, one minute youre averaging 18k to games, then you get 28, 32 ...35k etc...all those extra peopel dont all go to all the games

I think this is the sensible approach. Let us prey we are not playing the Roosters.

Mr Ink, my old maggies jersey only has a limited number of outings a season as I am attempting to keep the fade at a certain level. I made the mistake of thinking that as it was cotton that it would last forever.

Secondly, I do not feel comfortable wearing my alternate strip which is a delightful Herbal World strip.

On the above evidence tendered, I consider myself a true supporter
