This is the right thing to do. This is good coaching on JT's part. He took the pressure of the halves and rightly so. (I genuinely mean this)

Haves and backs cannot play behind a beaten pack. While teddy was our best yesterday even he struggled to make a difference.

Young halves will often struggle when under that pressure. And will regularly make bad decisions.

I am confident that the team will improve and so will the bench selection.

It's round two, we got over the line and failed to put the ball down we had our chances and we will learn from that. If it was like last year at the end of the season when we were a real chance I would be concerned.

Oh, did I mention I only have 4 games to go before I can say anything bad about the coach. By then I hope I won't have too.

Yeah…now Ive thought about it I think youre right

Wile our only link to the coaches & players is the media and club itself, I wouldnt take too much stock of whats said in the media

I must admit though I nearly drove off the road when I heard his comments this morning going to work

I know when I heard it I was like what! But by this arvo I was no its the right thing to. He also owned the bench issue and that's important as well.

Which IMO was the real problem. I think even if we had of scored those tries we may have struggled to win with that bench. Panthers were one down for the bulk of the game and still out enthused us. We were shot. I think I mentioned it before but both Ava and Sue looked like they were off chops at one stage. Exhausted.

Frome another article, but relevant here….

Taylor admits the revelations surrounding Simona came as a complete shock, but is adamant he won't allow the saga to change the way he approaches coaching.
>
"Never, no never," Taylor said when asked if he had had any suspicions regarding his former player.
>
"As a coach, I've never thought about that. Even when players play really poor. I believe every player turns up wanting to play their best game of footy each week. They don't always get that right but I believe they did their best.
>
"But I can't change. I won't be able to build the relationships with players that I want if I'm doubting their attitude or level of commitment."

I don't care what JT says anymore, he's always got excuses or has some spin… I want to see results not listen to excuses and dribble

Why do our halves always look for the miracle, low percentage play when we are under the pump? When all that is needed is to bang the ball down into the oppositions corner and apply some pressure back on them.Sure our pack was spent and defence line non existent yesterday but its time Brooks/Mosses learnt to direct and rally the team when its going to s##t.
