You heard anything willow?
You've had some insightful news on certain player's in the past
Was this post a hint at possible signings
Nah, I've got a mate who is friends with Madge plus a couple of other people in the know on certain things but I haven't heard anything in a while. Last thing I heard which was months ago was that we were JAC's preferred destination - that came from one of his family members.
But if rumours are to be believed, he'll either be playing for Souths, Bulldogs, sticking with the storm or taking over the US Presidency from Biden and will broker a peace deal with China that will be mutually beneficial to the rest of the world...yeah, I couldn't agree with me more on that one...
Cheers for the honest reply willow
Would be awesome for tigers to announce something big soon
It would, but I suspect SOO is preventing a decision being made.
Do clubs even know the salary cap for The next seasons yet? That’s definitely a road bloke for signing new deals in the future
Will there will be Canterbury Cup or something akin to it in 2021

I hope so might all depend on how the virus goes. At least the junior grades will be back, reserve grade is the hardest one to run so it might not happen unfortunately

Can't remember the year of the go-go juice

But what's with shifting Ronnie to pathways??
Surely having a legend like Ronnie aro uynd the team is good for culture.
Anyone remember him sprinkling magic dust on the players in the shed before a gane a couple years back.

Those 2 coaches that have been moved into pathway roles aren't necessarily a demotion. Madge has identified pathways as a key component of success, both Palmer and Hodgson moving into roles to upskill trainers and coaches in the junior leagues to ensure we have talent coming through that are ready for the structures of an NRL system. If our elite juniors already know how to eat and train like professionals than they are a step closer to filling their potential.
And, that's fair enough, but keep them as far away from the NRL squad as possible, in my opinion.

It's always a factor Josh, and one the club takes very seriously after years of backended deals which have hurt the club. Hell, we're still paying for it after Ivan splashed truckloads at Reynolds and Packer who couldn't deliver a newspaper yet alone a decent result on the field.
Madge has been pretty big on fixing our salary cap. 2022 is the promised land hopefully he can deliver with some good signings if he’s around still (whcih I hope he is)

Didn't he sign for 2 more years, he was already signed for 2021, so that makes it the end of 2023 by my estimation.
