Have I neglected to do something at my end when downloading?

What are you watching it on? TV, computer?

if computer, then install the software "VLC Media Player" https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. And if still not working, than install the basic package of K-lite codecs from this website: https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
