How about a compromise? The EH wagon, best of both worlds.😉

I'd love an EH or HR wagon to do up if a) I could afford one & b) My body would co-operate .

Either one of those with with an LS1 and tricked up 6 speed auto would be a nice project.

It is all about the tail lights,
EH looks heaps better than the EJ
Of course that’s my opinion.

I prefer the EH taillights on the sedan, but prefer the EJ lights (that they kept) on the wagon & p/van.

The first Penrith teams were stocked with a lot of ex Balmain players-George Piper being one.
Bob Boland was captain coach at one stage.
Along with ex parra players and developing their own juniors Penrith struggled in those early years.
They were beaten 70-7 by Manly at Penrith Park when tries were only worth three points.
Things have certainly blossomed for them since.

Think it was 67 the Sydney ARL comp was 10 teams and there was a well run second division .The decision was made that the top 2 clubs would be promoted to the main comp
Well Wentworthville finished 1st ,Penrith 2nd and Cronulla 3rd but
Parramatta objected to Wentwoorthville so Penrith and Cronulla got the nod
Sharks got in due to Parras objectio

Well we're not Japanese, so that was a good start. Older doesn't make you wiser, but there are just too many entitled people running around today who don't appreciate what they have, and don't realise what might have been.

Love your positive attitude ,both sides of of the merger shows our history is not glittered in gold(no pun intended). I got excited at the violence that Roy 's team dished out ,but Mum was on to me and there was none of that. Father supported parra and he didn't cop being laughed at by kids
