I was born 20 days before. A Balmain tragic, I saw 64 and 66 grand final losses. Gut wrenching. Then came 69. What a day. Matched by the 2005 win. Go Wests Tigers
I was born 6 weeks after this
Yes HalIdk O, I was very partial to a GTR Torana I once owned. It was an absolute ripper.
Good story, and yes foresight is a great thing O, if we had enough of it we’d all be millionaires, cars, real estate etc etc.Yes Hal
Funny story my mate had a GTR Tirana but always wanted to swap for my HT sedan when he was going to the drive-in
As I had a reclining front bench seat he would say it’s so much better than the GTR 😆
I bet yourself and my mate wish you still owned that Torana today as I can only imagine the money value in today’s market.
IF ONLY
Of course I’ve owned many cars from my first cheap Morris Minor 1000 onwards but the Torana just happened to be myYes Hal

Hi GP, sounds like we have similar backgrounds. Real tragedy about George at the Codocks Club, a real tough nut in the days when props earns their money.I was born 20 days before. 😲 second-generation forumer27. been here since age 15 or so. my old man was Xrtiger and then Team Tiger for anyone who remembers him.
What a fantastic era that was when the movies were all wholesome and entertaining, not like the rubbish they make these days.Good story, and yes foresight is a great thing O, if we had enough of it we’d all be millionaires, cars, real estate etc etc.
I’m happy to report the Torana never hampered my nights at the drive in. Was able to fully enjoy a night at the movies. 🤣🤣🤣
I'm notI’m surprised there’s so few under 19.
I consider everyone to be 14 yo child until they prove me wrong, and there’s quite a few that are still trying.
Second best, imo. The 63 EJ is the bomb! And 1964

As much as I hate to admit it...we have lost the kids. I would love to read the results from the same age demographic spread for the Penrith Pamfers. I truly believe the age of the typical Penrith supporter would be considerably younger than ours. It's been 20 years since Benji weaved his magic for our last premiership. Everyone loves a winner and everyone wants to identify with someone of the same ilk. Here's hoping Benji, Richo and the boys can stop the rot.I'm not
The tigers have been lovers for so long that no one chooses to support them.

This isn’t your “typical fan” tho, this is a pretty niche forum something kids nowadays most likely won’t be interested in when there’s social media they already use where they can talk about similar topics but in less detailAs much as I hate to admit it...we have lost the kids.
